So we’re now into the final part of the training. I can see the end and I’m so happy with what has been achieved so far.
I’m not 100% certain how much weight I’ve lost but hopefully these pictures can show you the difference in how I feel:

I still have a little way to go and I’m determined to go full Jessica Ennis style! (Yeah I can do chin ups… kinda, with a giant elastic band helping!)
But I really do feel great and I’m excited to start something new every morning- that includes running! The early starts are painful and starting to get colder but we have been very lucky with the weather so far.
I’m quite sleepy while I write this so instead of listing out what I eat (it’s mostly chicken and protein shakes) I will show you my menu plan:
